There is still 20+ inches of ice there,  it will be like 2nd or 3rd week in April.

Most likely 3rd week.  Shorelines will go fast though.  Run-off really hasn't started that much yet up in the northern tier.  When it does, it will take the shoreline in pretty quick fashion and then there I will be, staring at plenty of ice but no way to get on it.

Time for a hovercraft.

Audubon still has good ice edges and 20+ inches of ice, so I would guess Sak. is about the same.
