If this doesn't raise your heart rate, you're dead already!  It's clean but scary.

That woman kicked it off pretty handily.  I wonder if it would've tried again if it didn't finally get pole axed?

I'm pretty sure that's a dude screaming like a woman that kicks the cat off.  Not that I blame him, mind you!!

I say that hunting episode when it was on the sportsmans channel. Definately won't disagree with horsager in that a shot gun would have been a good idea.

Oh that sucks.  At least cuss a lot and try to sound like a man...

Anyways, Through my READINGS, a shotgun has lost favor in these situations due to stopping power issues.  I've got one of the new $4000 dollar Sports Afields' documenting a similar situation.  The cat took a few blasts of .00 and kept the faith...The hunter is holding his scalp in place with his shirt.  I can't verify the accuracy of the shotgunner. If the dude with the .577 or .600 would've been more accurate, 'ol boy would be saved this embarassment.

Just got a new gd computer and can't figure out how to check spelling and it seems I've forgotton how to gd type.  Please excuse me.

I'd hate to ever be in that type of pickle.
what kind of shotgun load would you prefer?  I'd say 12guage 3 1/2"  2oz #4 shot lead turkey loads may stop that cat, maybe

The shortest legal 870 with 8 or 9 rounds total and #4 buckshot, I believe the 3" load gives you 41 pellets.

Great Video!  There was one around a couple years ago about  a Lion Charge!    That one was a close encounter, too!

So your saying you like to shoot long range all the time because you were so emotionally scarred that you do not want that episode to happen again.   LOL
